Open Letter To All Members and Advisors
New Vienna Buckeyes,
It’s hard to believe another 4-H year is starting and the New Vienna Buckeyes want to make sure everyone is onboard. Our website www.newviennabuckeyes.com is the best way to keep informed and up to date. This letter will come to you now but will be a single mailing unlike the post cards in the past, so please follow along on the website as it is frequently updated. Listed below are some important dates and advisor names with contacts. It is important to mark your calendar and ask for help when needed. It is essential that all 4-H members and ADVISORS attend at least six meetings or functions (i.e. Skill-a-thon), before the fair. This is very important and will be reinforced. Once again the $10 4-H member / $5 advisors donation for wrist bands will be due at the March 25th meeting. Final enrollment will need to be made by the March 25th meeting, it is important that you start collecting your thoughts now of what projects you will be enrolling in.
