Wrist band pick up is Friday, July 8 2pm-7pm.

If you are in need of any extra pre-fair assistance please contact an adviser. The hog kids still have hurtles to paint, they will be at the fair to complete or if you want to pick them up contact Donnie Geer or Laura Smith.

Post Fair Clean up is July 23rd, at 8am.

If you have not got your t-shirts Laura Smith has them and they will be at the fair. Free- to 4-H members and $12 for parents and siblings (sorry this includes clover buds). Let us (advisers) know if you need help or have questions before fair.

June 25 - 8am at Clinton Co. Fairgrounds

Fairground set up day! All specie projects encouraged to attend. Lunch will be provided. This will count as a meeting. Call Laura Smith with any questions.

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM LAURA SMITH

There are several kids that are not close to getting in their 6 meetings. This is very important as you will not be able to show! We will not be contacting these individuals, as we said at the beginning of the year, it is the 4-H'ers responsibility. If you have not made it to at least 6 meetings please contact Laura to see how these meetings can be made up.

All breeding projects will need to be registered with specific project advisors (if you have a breeding project, you need to let your advisor know the date of birth and breed).

Our t-shirts are ordered- digital camo with florescent orange lettering. We got enough sponsor money that the 4-H members are free! (This is great considering we have almost 70 kids) However, the advisors and parents or siblings will have to pay a small amount.

Beef project kids are welcome to come to the Swine meeting next Wednesday May 25th at the Geer's - 7:30pm. We will be painting. Since the beef kids haven't had another meeting this will give them a chance to get caught up and stay informed.
